Alaska Him Nicely started as a joke to kill time before embarking on an adventure to have the most fun possible in one day(bowling, laser tag, put-put). Christopher Freeman picked up a guitar (which he had no idea how to play) and started recording on the fly. The initial 5 songs recorded in those next several minutes were ridiculous and random but sparked the start of Alaska Him Nicely. Encouraged by his friends and 10,000 dwarfs, Christopher gradually began taking Alaska Him Nicely more seriously and started recording simple demos on his laptop and releasing them on myspace. He is currently working on an album with the help of Robert McDowell (Manchester Orchestra, Gobotron).There is currently no release date but you can count on always finding new demos and ideas on his myspace.
