Robert McDowell of Manchester Orchestra will be releasing a solo album under the moniker “Gobotron” Jan 19th, 2010. The album will be titled “On Your Mark, Get Set…” and was written, recorded, mixed, and performed entirely by McDowell. The artwork was designed by Brian Manley of Fun With Robots. Manley also designed the album artwork for Favorite Gentlemen label mates All Get Out and Manchester Orchestra. The cover art can be seen at the top of this post. Look for an official press release sometime next week.
